Property visit & consultation

Detailed estimate & transparent pricing
Following the consultation, we’ll provide a detailed estimate outlining the project scope, materials, labor costs, and a clear timeline for completion. We believe in transparent pricing, so you’ll have a complete understanding of the investment involved before you proceed.
Order form & contract signing
Once you’re happy with the estimate and have any questions addressed, we’ll formalise the agreement with a contract. This document outlines the project in detail, payment schedule, and guarantees to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Renovation begins!
With your approval, the renovation commences! Our skilled team will manage every aspect of the project, from demolition and construction to installation and finishing touches. We maintain a clean and organised worksite and prioritise clear communication throughout the process, keeping you informed of progress updates.
Sign-off & final inspection
Once the renovation is complete, we’ll conduct a thorough final inspection with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and adheres to the agreed-upon specifications. Upon your satisfaction, the project is signed-off, marking the completion of your dream renovation!

Marcus Robertson
Managing Director
Marcus served in the Army for 7 years in several senior project management roles. He combines this experience with his formal training in carpentry, kitchen fitting, plumbing, tiling, plastering and minor electrical works to coordinate successful renovations for our customers.
In his free time he enjoys cycling and watching football.
James Warner
Master Carpenter
James has a wealth of experience in bespoke carpentry projects with over thirty years in the trade. He fully understands what is required to achieve the best finish for our customers and can turn ideas into beautifully crafted woodwork.
In his free time plays for his local cricket club and watches motor racing.
Deanna Robertson
Design Coordinator
Deanna has a passion for interior design, and brings together customers’ ideas into a seamless style, integrating the various elements of each renovation project together.
She is a keen horse rider and loves spending time outdoors.
